Umeboshi, a lucky charm once every 12 years, costs 100,000 yen!

According to the story, during the Heian period, when Emperor Murakami drank umeboshi pickled in the year of the monkey in tea, the disease was cured, so the plums of the year of the monkey are considered to be a lucky charm (there are various theories). Since then, it is said that the custom of putting dried umeboshi in tea and eating it as "Fukucha" at the beginning of the year or at an important time and wishing for a disease-free life has spread.

The company manufactures umeboshi that "entrusts luck" by holding a Shinto ritual at a private farm located in the "south-southeast" of Ehomaki in 2016. It is sold in a Mino ware pot with gold leaf. Sales are scheduled for November 2016.
