Thirty One's new flavor " Lemon Mascarpone Cheesecake " released on July 1st. It is said to be "a flavor recommended for summer to give to cheesecake lovers". The author, who was secretly looking forward to the release, ate while going out (sorry to everyone at work!).


Of course, I ordered a new flavor. And one of the season flavors, "Double Chocolate Cheesecake". I chose "W cheesecake".


The lemon mascarpone cheesecake on top is based on mascarpone-flavored ice cream. You can see yellow Nanika here and there. This Nanika gives us a fresh stimulus like never before.

The texture is crispy like eating shaved ice (not fluffy). If you think about it, it also has a rough texture like granulated sugar with large grains. I feel that saltiness was felt in the lemon taste with a slightly strong acidity. Maybe it's because of my mind. The subtle sweetness and acidity of mascarpone match, creating an exquisite taste. Despite being a creamy ice cream, the aftertaste is quite refreshing and it is definitely recommended for summer.


According to the product information, a cheesecake piece with raspberry pulp is also included, but I didn't notice it because I was too distracted by the yellow Nanika (like a lemon cookie ribbon). It will be on sale until the end of October, and the price starts from 330 yen (tax included) for single regular size.

The double chocolate cheesecake, on the other hand, is said to be the most popular cheesecake flavor in the store's history. The sale period was until the end of June, but it seems that it happened to remain. Lemon x mascarpone is good, but the combination of rich chocolate and mascarpone is also exceptional. When will it be sold next ... I wish I could put it in a standard flavor.
