Blueberries are from Omitama City, which is next to Ishioka City.
The sponge is said to be particular about eggs. Choose free-range chicken eggs as much as possible. Free-range chicken eggs have a crispy yolk, which is the decisive factor in the taste.
The taste seems to have a natural and gentle sweetness that spreads in the mouth. Even if I keep eating, it doesn't remain persistent. That's why I'm happy that the volume is perfect. It's fun to wonder which fruit to eat one by one.
