At each Lawson store, two types of rice balls, "Niigata Koshihikari Onigiri Kinmedai Boiled" and "Splendid Alfonsino", which are made with "luxury ingredients", will be on sale in limited quantities from April 22nd.


"Niigata Koshihikari Onigiri Kinmedai Boiled" is Lawson's first "boiled fish" onigiri. Splendid alfonsino fillet, known as "luxury fish," is simmered in a soy sauce sauce with ginger. The soy sauce moromi and fish sauce are combined to create a rich, sweet and spicy taste. The price is 189 yen.

On the other hand, "Niigata Koshihikari Onigiri Pork Toro" is a rice ball made from thickly cut, greasy pork toro. Pork toro is soaked in salted sauce with garlic, sesame oil, chopped green onions and black pepper and baked. The price is 168 yen.
