Maple is a hot sandwich specialty store located in Nakanobu, Ebara-Nakanobu, Shinagawa-ku. The store has been getting more and more attention since it was introduced on the TV program "ZIP!" The other day.


In fact, there are only two stations on the Tokyu Ikegami Line from the office where the Enshoku editorial department is located to Ebara-Nakanobu Station. This doesn't mean that the hot sandwich is calling me (the writer) ...! Then there is no choice but to go! I went to the store immediately.


Maple is a 2-minute walk from Ebara-Nakanobu Station. It seems that it will be an open terrace on a sunny day, but unfortunately it is raining on this day. Even so, when I entered the store, a female shopkeeper with a lovely smile welcomed me cheerfully, and I felt that this person might be my mother.


There are about 20 kinds of hot sandwich menus on the menu! All of them looked delicious, and I couldn't choose one ... I was indecisive, and the clerk came to pick up my order. When asked, "Which is popular?", The clerk said, "Everything is popular." As expected! I can't decide this more and more! !!


But an empty stomach is now waiting late. Alright, then give me "smoked salmon"! !! I really decided from the first impression! !!

And for the drink, I chose the recommended "Yuzu tea".


As I warmed up with the yuzu tea that slowly soaked into my body, a hot sandwich of smoked salmon came along with the scent of happy bread. Finally ... I met you ...!


The bread is crispy and crispy. Among them, a concerto of crispy onions, melting mozzarella cheese, and mellow scented smoked salmon. The potatoes that are loosely packed have a gentle texture. Seasoned with mellow white sauce and accented black pepper. Let's make you cry!


The plate is also accompanied by crispy baked “bread ears”. Dip this into sweet and sour yuzu jam and eat it again! Perfect for chopstick rest and dessert.


It was so delicious that I made an additional order when I noticed it. This time I wanted to eat "Japanese style" hot sandwiches, so I chose "soy sauce" as the sauce to choose from for the seasonal menu of "family of 5 mushrooms".


In the toasted bread, there are plenty of fluffy carrots and mushrooms with a pleasant texture, crispy, crispy, and crunchy! It's a voluminous feeling that all the relatives gathered rather than the family.



I flattened 2 dishes (for 2 people), but I have no regrets. I was born to eat delicious food, and I have fulfilled this fate.

Now that I've been able to replenish my energy with hot sandwiches, I'll continue to look for delicious food!
