Villeroy & Boch is a long-established brand founded 265 years ago. The sophisticated design is highly evaluated, and it is also popular as a gift or wedding gift. However, the price range is a little higher, so it seems that the number of young customers was particularly small. Therefore, students from Hosei University's Faculty of Business Administration and Ogawa Seminar planned this collaboration as part of their seminar activities so that they could get familiar with the brand by actually using it. This was achieved with the cooperation of NorthField.



Participation in collaboration projects is easy. When ordering a menu, just select the tableware and tell the clerk. Currently, there are four types available: "Ammut My Color" where you can enjoy a combination of seven colors, "Ammut Bloom" and "Amazonia" with impressive colorful patterns, and "New Wave" with an asymmetrical shape. .. Whether it's lunch, cafe or dinner, you can choose your favorite design of tableware.


This time I chose "Amazonia". The dish is "Beef tendon stewed curry rice" (800 yen for a single item / 950 yen for a drink set), which is popular for Toro Toro's beef tendon.


The design was chosen because I fell in love with the vivid colors and patterns at first sight, but the colors of the curry look good and the vivid colors make it fun to take pictures. Seeing the dishes served in this way makes it seem unreasonable to decorate them without using them.

It is also recommended that the impression of the same dish changes greatly when the tableware changes. It seems fun to line up various plates and take pictures.
