Gintama Manjiya BOX is a set of 2 pieces of "Hot Tandoori Chicken Sandwich", "French Fries M", "Strawberry Milk Shake" and "Lotteria Original IC Card Jacket Sticker". The IC card jacket sticker uses the movie poster design and Lotteria's original design drawn by Gintoki Sakata, who drinks strawberry milk shake. A jacket sticker for IC cards is a sticker that can temporarily blindfold personal information that is stated to be affixed to a commuter pass IC card.
