Tomatti Lemon Sorbet is a combination of rich and sweet tomatoes, kyun and sour lemons. Ripe tomatoes that have been mashed whole are used, and salt is added as a secret ingredient. The rich taste of tomatoes is utilized to create a refreshing summery taste.
It is said that it was developed over 3 years with the pursuit of tomatoes suitable for ice cream and combinations suitable for tomatoes with Japanese original flavors.
