On July 24th, the hamburger chain Freshness Burger opened the "Sacred Road Ka Tower Store" in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The new business format "Freshness Bakery" will be added here for the first time.
Freshness Burger is a bakery with the concept of "baking simple bread that is particular about the ingredients, taking time and effort to make it delicious." There are always 40 to 50 kinds of menus such as bread, sandwiches, side dish bread, and sweet bread.
Attention is the "low-carbohydrate bread", which is made by adding soybean flour and bran to wheat flour. It is said that it is used not only for bread, but also for sandwiches with plenty of vegetables, some side dish bread, and sweet bread.
We also recommend the colorful Danish series, which uses seasonal fruits and vegetables. There are always 10 types in the lineup. In the summer, Danish pastries using summer vegetables such as tomatoes based on curry will be sold.
