Queen's Bakery at Queen's Isetan will be holding a "Valentine's Day Fair" from February 4 to 14.

The fair will feature Tochiotome Couverture Ganache, Croissant Chocolate, Bicolor Marituzzo with Amao, Marshmallow Chocolate Danish, and Chocolate-covered Scones.

Tochiotome Couverture Ganache

The "Tochiotome couverture ganache" is a homemade ganache chocolate that has a smooth texture and is covered with Tochiotome. You can enjoy the combination of rich chocolate and strawberries with just the right amount of acidity.

This is a special fair version of the "Bicolor Croissant Chocolate," which was selected for the 2022 Bento and Side Dish Awards. It is made with plenty of mascarpone and fresh cream. The price is 303 yen (tax included, same below).

Croissant Chocolate

There are two types of croissant chocolate available. The croissant dough is covered with sweet chocolate or white chocolate. Each croissant dough is covered with sweet chocolate or white chocolate, and the inside is also filled with chocolate, so you can enjoy sweet chocolate everywhere you eat. The sweet chocolate is covered with nuts, and the white chocolate is covered with raspberries, giving it a different texture and taste. The price is 260 yen for both.

Bicolor Marituzzo of Amao

The Bicolor Maritozzo is made with chocolate flavored croissant dough, filled with homemade cream with mascarpone, and topped with fresh Amaou from the produce section. The buttery aroma of the croissant, the sweetness of the French chocolate, the richness of the cream, and the freshness of the strawberries all come together to create this sweet bread. The retail price is 346 yen.

Marshmallow Chocolate Danish

The Marshmallow Chocolate Danish is a Danish pastry with custard, Belgian chocolate, and marshmallow on top. You can enjoy the crunchy, tender, and crispy texture. The price is 281 yen.

Chocolat Scone

Chocolate-covered scones are a cute heart-shaped scone. Chocolate chips are kneaded into the dough so that you can enjoy the crunchy texture of the chocolate chips and the fluffy texture of the scone. The price is 195 yen.
