Rich sweets of cheese (left) and cacao (right)
At Lawson somewhere in Tokyo, I discovered "Kuchidoke rich cheese eaten with a spoon (using Hokkaido cream cheese)" and "Same kuchidoke rich cacao (using high cacao chocolate)". Apparently, it seems to be a new product released (pre-sale?) Limited to the Kanto area. The price is 150 yen each (tax included).
Kuchidoke rich cheese finished with Hokkaido cream cheese has a strong cheese aroma, acidity, and moderate saltiness. It has a soft mouthfeel and a moist texture. The taste and texture may be somewhat similar to cheese steamed bread (steamed cake).
Like cheese steamed bread (cake)?
On the other hand, the rich cacao is finished with high cacao chocolate with a cacao content of 98%. It has a fluffy financier-like mouthfeel, but when chewed, it is thick like a sticky gateau chocolate. It melts moist and spreads the taste of bitter chocolate. It's not sweet, so you can enjoy it even on a hot day without feeling sick.
Rich taste! But the aftertaste is refreshing
"Kuchidoke rich" sweets that are soft and moist, and you can enjoy a mysterious texture like a cake like a sweet bun. In this season when there are many refreshing things, why not try picking up "rich" sweets?
