A layer of jam made from Oita prefecture's kabosu on a toasted cheese tart. The top surface is studded with candied kabosu peels harvested in the summer. The refreshing scent peculiar to Kabosu, the slight acidity, and the mellow sweetness are said to spread throughout the mouth.
