"Brioche French Toast" is available until August 31st at "SATSUKI" in Hotel New Otani Tokyo, Makuhari, and Osaka. The price is 2,800 yen (excluding tax and service charge).
This is a crispy caramelized surface of homemade brioche with a smooth texture. Hachijojima jersey milk, sunflowers from Nagasaki prefecture, honey from French sunflowers, and almond milk are used, and they are carefully pickled and finished.
Grand Marnier liquor with a faint orange scent and Wasanbon with a deep sweetness enhance the taste of French toast. Served with apricot kernel pudding, American cherry and almond milk macaroons dressed in melon.
