"Crossroad bakery" is drawn to the scent of baked bread. It is a store that operates in Tokyo's Ebisu and Shibuya Hikarie (at the time of writing the article).

This time I visited the main store, which is about a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Station. Breads baked from scratch by craftsmen are lined up in a fashionable store that makes you feel as if you have traveled abroad. There are so many types that you will want to go every day.


The eat-in menu includes the "ALL DAY BREAKFAST" menu, which you can enjoy all day long, and the California x Mexican "Calmex" dishes. Coffee, tea and craft beer are also offered.


The style is that the food is brought to your seat after ordering and paying first. I ordered "French toast & bacon", and in about 10 minutes, a plate of bacon was delivered. The price is 1,100 yen (excluding tax).


Homemade brioche bread is used for French toast. When you insert a knife, it cuts softly and the mouthfeel is super moist. It's quite thick, but the egg liquid is soaked up to the inside. The mellow sweetness and richness of the egg combined with the melting butter makes it delicious ...!



Two large bacon on the side. The saltiness of the crispy bacon further enhances your appetite. Excellent eating quality.


The syrup and berry jam that are added to please the mouth that wants sweetness again. The succulent sourness of the flesh is a good accent overall. Various flavors will delight your tongue. An excellent dish that can be used as both a meal and a snack.
