This is a new type of sweet that you can enjoy the cool and cold shaved ice in a "parfait style". On top of the finely ground shaved ice, a generous amount of "strawberry espuma", which is sweet and sour with strawberry puree and fresh cream, is combined. You can enjoy a delicate mouthfeel with each bite.
Also, at the bottom of the bowl, there is a rich flavor of strawberry jelly and tapioca with a chewy texture. Along with the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness, you can enjoy an airy mouthfeel like air and a melting texture.
