"Umami" potato chips with the image of soup
Calbee will pre-sale a new product under the potato chips "Kanage Potato" brand "Hamaguri Dashi Flavor" at a convenience store on November 28th. It will be on sale from December 12th at other stores. Limited time until the end of June 2017.
These are potato chips with the image of the taste of "suimono". It was developed based on the voices of about 500 women in their 20s and 30s.
Thick slices of potatoes are slowly fried at low temperature, and clam extract powder, scallop extract powder, clam extract powder, and konbu extract powder are added to finish. The more you chew, the more you can feel the rich taste of "dashi".
