This is a parfait that combines rich Belgian chocolate with fragrant Thai "hom banana". Bananas are ripened to the limit to increase their sweetness, and their original manufacturing method prevents discoloration. It is topped with sliced almonds that look and feel good and dice almonds that add aroma and flavor.
