[Do you know this? 25 items] Yayoiken's "Mixed binding set meal"

A series that introduces the "secret masterpiece" behind the specialty. Twenty-five items are "mixed binding set meals" at Yayoiken and Yayoiken.

Yayoiken is a set meal restaurant where you can freely refill your meal. However, please note that rice cannot be refilled for rice bowls. Many people may have ordered without knowing it and later felt frustrated.

The mixed binding set meal introduced this time is a dream-like set meal in which three types of loin cutlet, fried shrimp, and beef are bound with eggs. The price is 780 yen, with rice, miso soup, and a small bowl. Of course, you can refill the rice freely.

This is a mixed set meal!

Basically, you can think of it as boiled cutlet. It is a tonkatsu egg with a strong sweetness, and is bound with 1/2 tonkatsu, 1 fried shrimp, and several beef.

Tonkatsu that sucked in plenty of dashi stock with clothes. When chewed, the dashi oozes out of the batter and entangles with the taste of the meat. It has a charming taste that is different from crispy batter.

Juicy broth stained with dashi

Fried shrimp is not defeated either. Compared to cutlet, it seems that there are few chances of binding with eggs, but the texture of the crispy shrimp coming out of the fluffy clothes is irresistible.

Although it is small, it has a satisfying taste

And beef with a sukiyaki-like taste. Although the sweet and spicy soup stock is firmly absorbed, it is a refreshing presence among the three. It's a good idea to eat between cutlets to make a difference.

The compatibility with the binding egg is perfect

The whole is juicy with eggs and dashi, so you can't use rice and go well. It has a high affinity with free refills.

Above all, it is a great deal that you can eat these three items at once. I cannot help but thank the cooking method called "Toji" that establishes these as one menu, and the development of the Yayoiken menu.

As an aside, each table has a pickle bowl, and you can eat all-you-can-eat pickles of Chinese cabbage mixed with sesame seeds.

The crispy texture and moderate saltiness make it a habit, and this is another dish that goes well with rice. Don't forget to eat when you go to Yayoiken.
