Enjoy the fluffy shaved ice with Ginza Ginger!
"Ginza Ginger" Ginza Main Store (Ginza, Tokyo) that conveys the charm of ginger. Creamy pancakes are popular here, but unfortunately they are closed during the summer.
But don't worry, everyone!
Rather, we recommend the "Ginza 1-chome shaved ice " that grabs the stomachs of Ginza ladies and keeps them in the summer!

◆ Ginza Ginger Shaved Ice
Ginza Ginger offers fruit confiture (French jam) and shaved ice with fluffy whipped cream "Espuma". Regular flavors are sold year-round, but there are also seasonal shaved ice.
Nowadays, the lineup includes summer flavors using peaches, tropical flavors using mango and coconut, and Japanese flavors that combine black sesame and kinako for July only.
There are 3 types of shaved ice limited to July!
This time, we will introduce the most popular "Sengasengana" (980 yen) from among the regular flavors, in a
way that you can (maybe) only do it now!
◆ The most popular "Sengasengana"
Strawberry'Sengana is like a spell, but it's a fragrant and colorful European strawberry. Sengasengana confiture comes with a separate bottle (bottled) on shaved ice with a special milk ginger sauce. If you put this on as much as you like, the shaved ice of Strawberry'Sengana is completed!
The ice that holds the air is fluffy, and when you gently put a spoon in it, it's a stone! It is piled up in a vessel in a delicate state so that the whole will sink.
The strawberry confiture is thick and thick, and it's bubble wrap no matter where you chew. It is
almost fruity.
◆ Added "Azuki Espuma"
Strawberry'sengana shaved ice is delicious even if you eat it as it is, but I definitely want you to add an additional topping, "Espuma" (216 yen). Of course, milk espuma goes well with strawberries, but now you can choose "an
milk espuma" with a slight azuki flavor. It is used in the July-only shaved ice "Black Sesame Kinako An Milk Espuma".
When this is combined with the strawberry confiture, it melts and mixes softly in the mouth, and you can enjoy the
taste like "strawberry daifuku"! Strawberry shaved ice x bean paste, which you should definitely try!
Overlapping with the juicy sweetness and sourness of strawberries is the mild sweetness of azuki beans that melts warmly. The mellow ginger milk sauce connects them to
create a slightly Western-style strawberry daifuku . Finally, the refreshing scent of ginger is fluffy.
Strawberry Daifuku-style shaved ice
With a thick confiture, plenty of milk sauce, and whiskey espuma, it's shaved ice, but it's delicious. I will squeeze into my thirsty body. happy…!
◆ Pancakes are a symbol of happiness
Although it is a holiday during the summer, I think that there are many people who are interested in pancakes, so I will introduce it.
There is plenty of cream on it
"Ginger pancake" (1,080 yen) is a thick three-layered fluffy pancake with plenty of fluffy ginger cream. As soon as you put it in your mouth, it begins to melt, and after just a few chews, it disappears from the top of your tongue. What a delicate mouthfeel!
The dough is fluffy and moist
The dough itself is not sweet, and plenty of cream adds the sweetness and richness of luxurious milk. Finally, there is a slight ginger flavor.
Also, on the top surface, there is a ball-shaped rolled walnut and ginger confit. When crushed and eaten, it has a nice aroma, spicy spiciness, and a crispy texture.
The crispy texture is good!
Not only the sweetness but also the "spicyness" of ginger is added, isn't it? Thanks to this, I never get tired of it until the end. Since the dough is simple, the sweetness of milk and the spiciness of ginger stand out, and it is also a feat to add aroma and slightly stronger spiciness with a one-point topping. I feel only happy when I eat.
However, pancake sales will be suspended from July 15th to September 15th this year, so I'm lonely, but I'm looking forward to the autumn reunion! It will be available until July 14th, so if you want to eat it, please do it now.
By the way, the shop starts to get crowded around 12:00, and it is often full after 15:00, so I wonder if the aim is around 11:00 at the opening time or around 13:00 at the end of lunch time!
