Both the dough and the cream are matcha flavored! Lawson "Uji Matcha Raw Dorayaki"

At each Lawson store (excluding some stores), a new sweets product, "Uji Matcha Raw Dorayaki," was released on April 12. The price is 160 yen (tax included).


This product is dorayaki made by wrapping bean paste and matcha cream in a dough containing matcha. Matcha uses Uji matcha from the Japanese tea maker "Tsuji Riichi Honten" in Kyoto. The bean paste is made by cooking "Yumemurasaki Azuki" from Hokkaido with rock candy.
