Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO has released a roll cake "Cherry Blossom (~ Spring Fragrance ~)" with the image of "Sakuramochi" at the official online shop. The size is about 15.5 cm and the price is 1,728 yen (tax included and shipping not included).
"Sakura" is included in both the dough and the cream!
A "cherry roll cake" made by rolling up fresh cream and Italian mascarpone cheese cream on a sponge cake containing cherry blossom petals. In the cream, cherry blossoms with cherry leaves are mixed. A little salt is added to the dough, and you can enjoy the taste like sakura mochi by eating it with the cream inside.
