Chocolate roll cake ice cream is the chocolate flavor of
"Premium roll cake ice cream " which was released in June last year (2015) and became a hot topic. It is an ice cream version of the popular sweet "Premium Chocolate Roll Cake".
Like the cake, the chocolate from Barry Callebaut, a Swiss chocolate maker, is used to make ice cream that is sweet but not too harsh and melts in your mouth. The sponge dough is bittersweet.
