The first Chinese steamed bun in the new year is "pork kakuni steamed bun"!
This product is a large pork stew sandwiched between flat buns. By steaming the carefully simmered pork belly with sauce, it is said that it is finished in a kakuni that is soaked in the taste.
The chewy dough and juicy pork go great together, and it's full of volume.
