Mary's Cafe's shave ice is a summer-only menu that was released last year and gained popularity as a “new sensation dessert”. Using a special shave ice maker, it is said that it is finished in "ultra-thin fluffy" shaved ice.
The mango shave ice to be released this time is a large cut of mango pulp, mango espuma, and vanilla ice cream on top of shaved ice made from condensed milk. The taste is accented with chocolate-coated crackling candy.
