Starbucks has started the "SAKURA Series 2022". The "Sakura Strawberry Shiratama Frappuccino" and "Sakura Blooming Milk Latte" are now available.

The concept of this year's SAKURA series is "It's a blooming party!" Two types of SAKURA beverages will be available to fully enjoy the taste, texture, and appearance of cherry blossoms. I actually drank the new one I was curious about!

Sakura Strawberry Shiratama Frappuccino

The entire cup of this Frappuccino represents cherry blossoms in full bloom. Sakura strawberry-flavored sauce made from a combination of sakura flower powder and strawberry juice, milk, and a slightly pink white ball are added and blended with ice. The whipped cream is topped with sakura strawberry shave chocolate, which resembles flower petals, and soft and moist raw yatsuhashi. Strawberry pulp and juice less than 5%.


Tall size: 668 yen for take-out, 680 yen for in-store use (tax included, same below). The sales period is from February 15 to April 12, with some toppings scheduled to be changed from March 16.

When you suck it up, you'll be delighted to see the small pieces of glutinous rice balls popping out of the bowl! The gentle sweetness of the strawberry milk is accentuated by the sweet and sour flavor of the Sakura Strawberry Shave Chocolate.

Sakura Blooming Milk Latte

A spring-like hot beverage with cherry strawberry sauce and warm milk. The barista painstakingly draws a cherry blossom in full bloom with chocolate sauce and Sakura Strawberry Shave Chocolate on top of the foam milk, one cup at a time. It is recommended to enjoy the cherry blossoms in full bloom before closing the lid. The price is 501 yen or more for a short size to-go, 510 yen or more for in-store use. Available from February 15 to March 15.


The cherry blossoms blooming in the cup will make you feel relaxed. The sweetness of the Sakura Strawberry Shave Chocolate matches the fluffiness of the foam milk, giving it a sweeter feel. It's a cup that will warm you up.


During this period, the barista's drawing of cherry blossoms in full bloom can be customized as "Mankaisakura Topping" for warm beverages with foam milk or whipped cream. The price is 54 yen for takeaway and 55 yen for in-store use. You can add cherry blossoms to your favorite warm beverage.

The developer recommends customizing with "Soy Milk" and "Caramel Sauce".
