"Beligian Cuberdon", which sells the traditional Belgian confectionery "Cuberdon", has opened a store in Ginza Mitsukoshi (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) for a limited time. This will be the first store opening in Japan.
Belgian traditional sweets go to Japan
Cubeldon was born in Belgium in the 19th century. It's a gummy-like pastry with a hard surface and a thick syrup inside. You can enjoy the syrup inside with a bite, or you can enjoy it by chilling it in champagne or in tea or coffee.
Beligian Cuberdon, which is opening this time, has a lineup of colorful flavors such as strawberry, orange, and lemon. It is said that it is handmade using carefully selected raw materials and a traditional secret manufacturing method. The price is 900 yen (excluding tax) for 3 pieces. The store will open until April 29th.
