Looking at the photos posted on Twitter, it seems that a new "Tamagawa Gakuen Store" will be opened right next to the FamilyMart "Tamagawa Gakuen Mae Station South Exit Store" that is currently open. It's a close distance that you can go back and forth between stores in 10 seconds, so indecisive people are likely to wonder which one to enter!
