A cake shaped like Mt. Fuji, with chocolate sponge dough, low-sweetness mascarpone cream, fresh cream and cocoa mountain surface all fluffy and light. A chocolate decoration that imitates "coming light" is also attached. The diameter is about 15 cm and the height is about 9 cm, which is the size for about 8 people.
