"Coffee Chu" made by soaking coffee beans in sake will be released on March 27 by Kirin Brewery Group company Eishogen. It comes in a 500ml (16.91us fl oz) bottle and is planned to be developed mainly as a commercial product.

It is said that this product extracts the taste of coffee beans by crushing roasted coffee beans and then soaking them in alcohol to create a "mellow aroma and sweet and bittersweet taste." Alcohol content is 17% .

In addition to "rock" where you can enjoy the scent that is the greatest feature of "coffee liquor", you can also enjoy "milk split" with a mellow taste and "tonic split" with a refreshing taste.

The suggested retail price is 800 yen.
