Mos Burger and FamilyMart sold "Mos Teriyaki Steamed Buns" as their first collaboration product in 2022, and it was very popular with total sales exceeding 1.5 million servings. This second collaborative product is a Chinese steamed bun inspired by the taste of Mos Burger's limited-time-only "Cream Cheese Teriyaki Burger".


Two types of ground pork are used to give the burger a meaty texture, and the dough is wrapped in a combination of Mos Burger's "special teriyaki sauce" and rich cream cheese. The sweetness and richness of the teriyaki sauce and the flavor and acidity of the cream cheese are well balanced in this "teriyaki cream cheese" style Chinese bun.
