Mos Burger's "Cream Cheese Teriyaki Burger"
Appeared this year as well. It became moist natural cheese

I ate the annual limited-time menu "Cream Cheese Teriyaki Burger" at Mos Burger. He said he is using natural cheese this year. Hot patties, buns and cool cheese were a good combination.

The price is 390 yen (tax included). Crispy lettuce and cream cheese are combined with a patty entwined with the original teriyaki sauce using soy sauce and miso (red miso, white miso). The cheese is a combination of Australian and domestic cheese with Camembert powder added, which is different from ordinary Teriyaki burger using mayonnaise.

Then I went into the store, lined up, ordered, and waited for a while. The paper wrap that was carried in the basket was hot as usual. I'm glad that it's so fresh that it's difficult to hold it in my hand.

A lot of lettuce. Where is the cheese

There is a lot of lettuce in it, but where is the cheese? When I shift the other buns a little, I find a white cream. When you bite into it, you will find fluffy buns, teriyaki patties with a slightly sweet and deep flavor, and crispy lettuce, which gives a cool and soft cheese texture.

was. Plenty of hiding in the buns.

It has a much cleaner flavor than sliced cheese sandwiched between so-called cheeseburgers, but it is not light and has a cheese-like aroma, richness, and acidity. It goes well with the Japanese-style teriyaki sauce that covers the patty. It's definitely different from mayonnaise, and I personally prefer it.

As for the volume, if you only have one, it will not be enough for lunch, so it seems better to add potatoes and salad on the side menu.
