The new red 7-ELEVEN product "Chuk Mi Pok Geum" goes great with white rice and beer!

I tried a new product released at 7-ELEVEN on July 25, "Jjuk Mi Pok Geum - Spicy and Delicious Stir-fried Sea

Cucumber

and Vegetables" (453.60 yen including tax).

Chuk Mi Pok Geum" is an unfamiliar word, but it is a Korean dish of stir-fried squid octopus with a sauce of gochujang (red pepper paste), garlic, and ginger. I don't usually have a chance to eat it, so when I see it sold at convenience stores, I just have to have it!

I

tried "Jukmi Pokmu Stir-Fried Octopus and Vegetables with Spicy Sauce"

.

It is topped with two tteokbokki and three octopuses on top of plenty of stir-fried cabbage and onions. The stir-fried vegetables have a crunchy texture even though they are cooked to a thick consistency, and are covered with a deliciously spicy sauce that makes the meal more appetizing! The octopus flavor is also slightly soaked in the sauce.

The ddeokbokki is sticky and the more you bite into it, the more the spicy taste of chili pepper spreads in your mouth, making you say "Hee! The more you bite into it, the more the spiciness of the chili pepper spreads in your mouth, making you say, "Hee! The squid is crispy and the aroma of the sea is a delight to the nose.

plump and juicy boiled octopus

The spiciness is not too hot, and the flavor is delicious, so I could eat it in one bite, but I was sweating after I finished it. I was soaked with sweat after I finished it!

It is a tasty side dish that goes great with white rice and beer. How about a side dish to accompany your dinner?
