Denny's Spring Menu

Denny's will introduce "Spring Vegetable Hamburger Steak with Hollandaise Sauce", "Spring Vegetable Spaghetti with Lemon Cream", and "Sakura Shrimp and Spring Vegetable Doria" as seasonal menu items, available from March 7, 2023.

Spring Vegetable Hamburger

Steak

with Hollandaise Sauce "Spring Vegetable Hamburger Steak with Hollandaise Sauce" is a plump and juicy hamburger steak dressed up for spring with seasonal vegetables and a mild hollandaise sauce. The fresh asparagus, cabbage, and fava beans make this dish feel like the season. The hollandaise sauce is rich and thick with egg and butter, and the addition of lemon juice makes it smooth. The juices from the hamburger steak are combined with the demi-glace sauce, mixed cheese, and hollandaise sauce. The sauce can be enjoyed by dipping the meat and vegetables in the sauce. Priced at 1,190 yen (tax included, same as below).

Spaghetti

with Spring Vegetables in Lemon Cream "Spaghetti with Spring Vegetables in Lemon Cream" features cabbage and asparagus, which are typical spring vegetables, and moist cured ham as a gorgeous topping. The lemon cream sauce is made with the juice and zest of Setouchi lemons. The refreshing acidity of the lemon blends well with the rich cream. The refreshing flavor of the lemon and the mildness of the cream fill the mouth, making this pasta perfect for the spring season. The price is 1,090 yen.


Sakura Shrimp and Spring

Vegetable

Doria "Sakura Shrimp and Spring Vegetable Doria" is made with refreshing lemon rice layered with a rich white sauce for a mellow taste. Spring ingredients such as asparagus, fava beans, and sakura shrimps are used. The lemon rice is spiced with several spices and round barley is added to accentuate the texture. A squeeze of lemon, which is served separately, changes the flavor. The price is 1,190 yen.
