Breads Renewed BASE BREAD Plain, BASE BREAD Maple, and BASE BREAD Cinnamon breads in BASE Food's "BASE BREAD" series have been renewed with a "soft and chewy" texture. The new products will be available at the official online shop and other stores that carry them. They will be available at the official online store as well as at various stores.


BASE BREAD is made from more than 10 different ingredients, including whole grains and chia seeds, to

reduce

the bitterness and other unpleasant tastes of the ingredients, and to bring it closer to the texture of bread made from refined wheat. The other three types of breads will be covered this time. The dough has been reformulated to improve the texture by reducing the hardness and crumbliness of the dough, and the bitterness has been suppressed, resulting in a richer flavor.

"BASE BREAD Plain" is a bread that provides the 33 nutrients needed for a day with just two servings. The flavor of cereals and a hint of sweetness spreads as you chew it, and its round shape makes it easy to arrange according to your mood, such as cutting it in half and sandwiching ingredients like a sandwich or hamburger.


Each bag contains 30% less sugar than ordinary bread rolls, 13.5g (0.18oz) of protein, 3.2g (0.07oz) of dietary fiber, 1.4mg of iron, and 19mg of vitamin C. No synthetic preservatives or coloring agents are used. Shelf life is 48 days after manufacture.

BREAD Maple "BASE BREAD Maple" also provides the 33 nutrients necessary for one day in just one serving of two bags. It comes in a stick shape that can be held in one hand for a quick snack on the move or in your spare time. The maple flavor has a gentle sweetness that can be used as a snack.


Each bag contains 30% less carbohydrate than a typical sweet bread. 13.5g (0.18oz) of protein, 3.3g (0.11oz) of dietary fiber, 1.4mg of iron, and 17mg of vitamin C. No synthetic preservatives or synthetic colors are used. Shelf life is 48 days after manufacture.
