Yamazaki's "Lunch Pack" collaborated with "Boss Latte Base", a "concentrated type" coffee that is divided by milk, and was released on April 1st. A packed lunch (caramel latte) inspired by the taste of "boss latte base charred caramel".


I thought it was a very swanky flavor, but when I tried it, it didn't feel like it was prettier, but rather a nostalgic and familiar taste! It was delicious toasted, so please try it for breakfast or snacks.

◆ Cream contains coffee jelly

A packed lunch with caramel cream and whipped cream sandwiched in soft bread. The caramel cream contains coffee jelly using "Boss latte base charred caramel".

The whipped cream is smooth and melts quickly. On the other hand, caramel cream is thick and sticky, and the fragrant richness and bitterness spread. The plump coffee jelly is bittersweet and accentuates the taste and texture.

The milky feeling of mellow cream, the sweetness of caramel, and the taste of coffee are mixed, and it seems that the brain sensed the taste like coffee milk after taking a bath. Coffee jelly has a nostalgic taste like the snack I ate when I was a kid!

◆ It ’s good to toast

It may be a bad idea because it is a packed lunch of sweets, but if you toast it lightly, the cream inside will become fluffy and super delicious, so it is recommended!


The caramel cream, which would have been fluffy if left as it is, melts and becomes smooth with heat, making it easier to melt in the mouth. It's easier to mix with whipped cream, and the caramel latte feel is even better! I think the warming time should be 1-2 minutes. Please do try that out.
