Ginza KOJI CORNER will sell "Kaki no Tart" at a limited 25 stores in Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Osaka prefectures from October 14 to around November 3.

Persimmon Tart

Persimmons are at their peak in October. The fruit has a rich sweetness, a crunchy texture, and an elegant aroma. Persimmons are rich in antioxidant vitamin C, beta-carotene, potassium, and insoluble dietary fiber, and are attracting attention as a highly nutritious fruit.

The "Persimmon Tart" to be released is a seasonal tart to enjoy the fresh sweetness and aroma of persimmons in season. The tart is "full of persimmon" with layers of cheese mousse that goes well with persimmon, finely chopped dried persimmon, persimmon jam, and persimmon-flavored sponge. The top is decorated with a large piece of persimmon, filling the mouth with the fresh taste of persimmon. The price is 529 yen (tax included).
