Kyobashi Sembikiya announced on its official website that "Muscat Meats Mojito" will be available from October 1 to 31 after 4:00 p.m. The selling price is 2,750 yen (tax included).

This cocktail parfait is considered to be a cross between the aroma and fresh sweetness of the Cheyenne Muscat and the Mojito, a cocktail that originated in Cuba. The flavor of mojito has been recreated with plenty of mint, lime-mint granite, and spicy casonade jelly. The "white rum" in the included dropper can be used to finish it to your liking. Spearmint is also recommended to be served with it.

In addition to this, it is combined with various aromatic ingredients such as vanilla ice cream with mascarpone, grapefruit curd, anise milk panna cotta, and crushed rosemary compote, and is said to have been created for a clean yet complex and rich taste.
