Seijo Ishii announced on its official website that "Nishi-Uwa Blood Orange and Okinawa Pineapple Chocolate Terrine Parfait" will be available as a limited-quantity menu item, which can be ordered through the "Seijo Ishii Web Reservation Service" from April 8 to 23, and picked up at designated stores from April 20 to 26. The selling price is 2,160 yen (tax included) for a set of three.

Chocolatelaine Parfait with Blood Orange from Nishiuwa and Pineapple from Okinawa

One of Seijo Ishii's homemade sweets that are not sold in stores, but available by ordering via the Internet. It is a dish topped with seasonal fruits, including blood oranges from Nishiuwa in Ehime Prefecture, pineapples from Okinawa Prefecture, and strawberries from Tochigi Prefecture.

Other ingredients include lemon jelly, condensed milk pudding, genoise, thick mandarin orange jelly, crème chantilly, biscuit, chocolate terrine with 72% couverture chocolate, almond cookies, anglaise sauce, and Dark chocolate pudding.

It is said that the fresh acidity of the fruit and the chocolate are a perfect match. The expiration date is 2 days including the day of delivery. The pudding should be refrigerated.
