"Valentine's Day Kit Made at Home" is now on sale at Seijo Ishii's official online shop. As of January 25, there are three types of truffle sets, chocolate chunk cookies, and chocolate cakes.

The selling price is 790 yen (excluding tax). The contents of each are as follows.

Truffle set

"Seijo Ishii French Couverture Truffle Set for about 20 pieces" is a truffle kit made from Couverture and is finished with cocoa powder, coconut fine and freeze-dried strawberry. The recipe is included, and the only ingredient to prepare separately is fresh cream. It takes about 90 minutes.

Chocolate chunk cookie

"Narujo Ishii Oatmeal & Walnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies for about 20 pieces" is a cookie that uses couverture with 72% cacao and chocolate chips. You can enjoy the texture with the dough containing oatmeal. It comes with a recipe, and the ingredients to prepare separately are unsalted butter and eggs. An oven is required and it takes about 70 minutes.

Chocolat cake

"Seijo Ishii Couverture 2 kinds of nuts chocolate cake for 1 car" is a chocolate cake kit that can be made just by mixing the ingredients. The texture of the nuts is pleasant, and the moist and rich finish is launched. It comes with a recipe, and the ingredients to prepare separately are unsalted butter, eggs, and milk. An oven is also required here, and it takes about 50 minutes.
