I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.

I tried 7-ELEVEN's Octopus and Broccoli Basil Salad. You can enjoy the combination of the rich sauce and various textures of vegetables and seafood. It contains 103kcal, 6.8g (0.28oz) of protein, 5.2g (0.07oz) of fat, 4.5g (0.18oz) of sugar, 5.3g (0.11oz) of dietary fiber, and 0.93g (3.28oz) of salt, and is priced at 280.80 yen (tax included).

Octopus and broccoli basil salad

Octopus, broccoli, potatoes, edamame, and celery are the ingredients of this salad. It is served with a generous amount of basil sauce. In addition to basil, olive oil, processed cheese, and almonds are added to the sauce for richness.

The taste is reminiscent of southern European cuisine, and when you dip the crunchy broccoli and the plump octopus in the sauce, you can feel the difference in texture and the flavors of the vegetables and seafood. You can also feel the richness of the nuts.

It makes me want to drink white wine or beer, but I have the impression that it would be suitable for a light lunch or dinner if paired with a baguette or bagel.
