New spring items are coming to the lunch menu at Cocos. From March 3 to the end of May, Cocos will be offering "Ume Peperoncino with Lumpy Shrimp and Scallops," "Demi-dama Cocotte Hamburger Lunch," and "Chicken and Apple Salad with 11 Vegetables.

Ume Peperoncino with Shrimp and Scallops

The "Ume Peperoncino with Shrimp and Scallops" is the newest addition to Cocos' "Choice of Pasta Lunch Set" series. The green of the shiso leaves and potherb mustard and the pink of the prawns give this dish a spring-like appearance. The refreshing aroma of the shiso leaves and the sourness of the ume plum make for a refreshing dish. Salad, drink bar, and soup bar are included. The selling price is 792 yen.

Demi-dama Cocotte Hamburger Lunch

The "Demi-dama Cocotte Hamburger Lunch" is the newest addition to the "Special Lunch Set" series. Soft and juicy hamburger steak with a half-boiled egg, spinach, shimeji mushrooms, and a rich demi-glace sauce. It comes with rice or stone-oven bread, salad, and a soup bar. The price is 869 yen (tax included, same as below).

Chicken and Apple Salad with 11 Vegetables Lunch

The "Chicken and Apple 11 Vegetable Salad Lunch" is the newest addition to the "Variety Lunch Set" series. Eleven kinds of vegetables such as snap peas, kale, okra, and young corn are combined with fresh apples cut in the restaurant. The choice of dressing is indicated as being suitable for a refreshingly sour olive oil sauce. Baguette and soup bar included. The selling price is 869 yen.

As a general rule, all of these products are sold at Cocos stores nationwide from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays, but some exceptions are made. They will not be sold at Yamaguchi Ube Airport.
