Hottomotto Grill will release "Mackerel Shioyaki BOX" and "Shake Shioyaki BOX" as the first Japanese dishes in the "Casual BOX" on February 1. The price is 530 yen each (tax included).

Grilled Shake with Salt BOX

The "Salted Mackerel Box" and the "Salted Shake Box" are rice covered with nori (seaweed) and served with grilled fish, chikuwa tempura, dashi maki tamago (rolled egg), kimpira gobo (burdock root), katsuo takuan (dried bonito), and grated daikon. The grilled fish is baked in a high-temperature oven, a feature of Hottomotto Grill, to make the meat moist and the skin crispy. The grilled fish is simply seasoned with salt to bring out the natural flavor of the fish, and can be enjoyed with grated daikon or dashi soy sauce as an optional ingredient.

Casual BOX

The "Casual BOX" is a reasonably priced product recommended for lunchtime, following the "Grilled Pork BOX," "Chicken Thigh Nanban BOX," and "Grilled Chicken BOX" that were introduced in January, two products using grilled fish are now available. With a more varied lineup, you can choose the product that best suits your mood and preference.
