A new frozen food product, "Fresh Pasta with Truffle-Scented Mushroom Cream Sauce," has been on sale since January 25 as part of FamilyMart's "Famimal Kitchen Premium" private brand premium line. The price is 450 yen (tax included).

This is a new product from Famimal Kitchen Premium, a premium line of FamilyMart's private brand "Famimal Kitchen" that offers high quality taste with particular attention to ingredients and production methods. This frozen pasta is made under the supervision of Chef Shinji Harada of Aloma Fresca, a high-end Italian restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo.


The pasta is made from fresh, glutinous pasta that blends well with the sauce. The pasta sauce is a rich combination of two sauces: a truffle-scented mascarpone cheese sauce and a mushroom cream sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano and sauteed mushrooms.
