Anno potato baked cheese

"Baked cheese of Anno potato" is made from Tanegashima's Anno potato, which has an outstandingly high sugar content and is characterized by its sticky texture and richness. A milky and gentle cheesecake with baked cheese that enhances the creamy taste.

The baked cheese layer uses cream cheese, which is also used for double fromage, and Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, which is smooth and rich. The creamy taste of Anno potato is further enhanced, and the milky and gentle taste spreads in the mouth.

The sweet potatoes in the lower layer have a gentle taste by adding the sweetness of Anno potato paste, which has been carefully charcoal-grilled, and LeTAO's special cream and butter in an exquisite balance. The sweet and moist texture of the sweet potato layer melts together with the baked cheese.
