At Ministop, "Pistachio Galette" will be released on July 20th under the new concept of "a little rich and happy time." The first product of "Patisserich". The price is 345 yen (tax included).

Pistachio galette

Special sweets like a specialty store dedicated to pistachio lovers. A large dome-shaped pistachio mousse coated with pistachio white chocolate is placed on a fragrant galette. Pistachio whipped cream and pistachio sauce are squeezed in between, and raspberry sauce is also added as an accent. The finish is studded with crashed pistachios and the top is adorned with bright dry strawberries.
