Authentic char siu is easy with lentin! I tried "Garlic soy sauce flavor for steamy pork char siu"

You can easily make "pork char siu" in the microwave! I tried Ajinomoto "Steamy pork char siu garlic soy sauce flavor".

Steamy is a pressure pouch with a sauce blended to match the meat. When the pouch is heated in the microwave, it expands with steam and convects the steam while applying a constant pressure to the material. The feature is that you can easily cook meat dishes with just a microwave oven without any special cooking utensils. In addition to the pork char siu that I bought this time, chicken char siu is also available.

Challenge at once. Prepare 1 bag of steamy and pork chunks (pork shoulder loin or pork rose about 250g (8.82oz)-300g (10.58oz)).

First, prepare pork. Make a few holes on the front and back with a fork and cut the whole in half.

Next, open the steamy. Open the zipper and put the meat inside.

Close the zipper and squeeze the sauce over the pouch for about a minute. This completes the preparation. If you have time, leave it in the fridge for a few hours to overnight and soak it in it for a better taste.

It's finally heating. Check the top and bottom of the package and place it on a bakeware. Heat in the microwave at 500W for 9 minutes and 30 seconds. After heating, do not remove it immediately, but leave it in the microwave and steam it for 5 minutes. I was worried that I heard a plosive sound several times on the way, but the source did not scatter after the end. However, since condensation will form, it seems good to open the range door and ventilate after use.

After steaming, remove the bakeware from the microwave, open the pouch and remove the meat inside. Cut it to the size you like, put it on a plate, add the sauce in the pouch, and you're done!

How does it taste?

The moist and soft texture is soaked in the sweet and spicy taste, and it's a horse! The punchy flavor of garlic soy sauce enhances the taste of pork. Quality that I can't think of being made quickly in the microwave. It seems to be useful not only as a meal item but also as a side dish for lunch boxes.
