Thirty-One "Ogura Toast

A new flavor "Ogura Toast" inspired by Ogura Toast will be available at Thirty-One Ice Cream for a limited time starting April 1 (until it is gone). The suggested price for single and regular sizes is 390 yen (tax included, price varies by store).

This flavor is inspired by the taste of "Ogura Toast," a delicious combination of Japanese and Western flavors that is very popular as a coffee shop menu item. The savory toast flavor ice cream faithfully reproduces the taste of toasted bread, and is combined with the standard flavor "Dainagon Azuki," which is filled with azuki beans from Hokkaido, and a rich buttery ribbon with a little salt added. The savory toast flavor matches the sweetness of the Dainagon Azuki.

The April Thirty-One lineup includes "Ogura Toast" and other flavors that resemble sweets and drinks from a coffee shop. The French Toast is inspired by the flavor of French toast with maple syrup and cinnamon, and the Jamoca Coffee is made exclusively from coffee extracted using the flannel drip method.
