Just cut and mix! Easy turnip namul

Easy without using fire! A recipe for "Turnip Namul" that is used with each leaf. The simple and light seasoning enhances the taste of turnips. If you make it with a strong seasoning, it can be used as a snack.

Material ( For 2-3 people )
Turnip 2 pieces
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Chinese soup stock 1 tsp
Pepper and white sesame Appropriate amount

Just cut and mix! Easy turnip namul

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

2 turnips 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Chinese soup stock 1 teaspoon
Pepper / white sesame

How to make

Cut the turnip into half-moons of about 2 to 3 mm. Cut the leaves to a length of about 2 cm.



Sprinkle the cut turnip with Chinese soup stock and mix. Image of dissolving Chinese soup stock powder or granules with the water of turnip.


Add sesame oil and pepper and mix further.


When the whole is mixed, put it on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds to complete.


What is its taste?

Namul is crispy and fresh, but the texture of the turnip is not too watery. The simple and light taste enhances the umami of the ingredients.


If you make it and leave it for a while, the water in the turnip will come out, so it is important to add it just before eating. If you make it with a lot of Chinese soup stock and pepper, it can be used as a snack for sake.
