Ingredients (serves 2)
2 or 3 small turnips1 kiwi
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of pepper

Cut off the stem of the turnip, peel, split in half lengthwise, and slice into 3mm slices. Put into a bowl, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 5 minutes to drain.Peel and split the kiwi in half lengthwise, and slice into slices about 5 mm thick.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and pepper in a container.
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to let the flavors blend. Serve on a plate.
