Harvest Buttered Toast 4 to 8 sheets
drained yogurt proper quantity

Ingredients (for 1 person

)

4 to 8 slices Harvest buttered toast
Drained yogurt Directions

Directions

To make drained yogurt, wrap yogurt in kitchen paper and place on a colander to drain for a few hours or overnight.

You can close the mouth of the pack with kitchen paper and turn it over.

Line a flat plate with plastic wrap and place a sheet of Harvest on top.


Using a spoon or butter knife, spread the drained yogurt over the Harvest.


Place a layer of Harvest on top and press down lightly.


Repeat until the desired height is reached.



Do not apply drained yogurt on the last sheet and wrap the whole thing with plastic wrap.


Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to blend.


How does a "Harvest millefeuille sandwich" taste?

As it is, the crispy Harvest absorbs the moisture from the drained yogurt, giving it a fluffy sponge cake-like texture! The sweet and savory Harvest combined with the sourness of the yogurt gives it a cheesecake-like flavor. The creamy texture is also surprising.


It is not too sweet, but has a full-bodied taste and is good enough to be served to guests. I think it looks more luxurious when served with jam or fruit.


My personal recommendation is to layer the yogurt without applying drained yogurt about 5 mm from the edge. This will leave a slightly crispy texture and accentuate the taste.
